This 4+1 residence in Altunizade has been designed with a holistic approach that merges modern lines with warm, natural textures. At the heart of the home, the spacious living room is conceived to balance functionality for family life with an inviting and refined aesthetic.
Large windows allow maximum natural light to flow inside, creating a dynamic atmosphere that changes throughout the day. Light-toned flooring enhances the sense of openness, while natural wood surfaces introduce warmth and balance to the interior.
The dining area, positioned as a focal point of the living space, features a sculptural table base paired with softly curved contemporary chairs, lending the room a gentle, approachable character. Adjacent to this, a custom-designed seating group complements the interior with its understated form and comfortable texture, reinforcing a sense of harmony.
The color palette blends soft neutrals with energetic accents of orange. The circular shelving system designed around the striking orange column stands out as a signature element of the project—both a functional storage and display solution, as well as a contemporary feature that defines the character of the space.
Lighting design plays a crucial role in supporting the mood of the interior. Modern, organically shaped chandeliers add rhythm and movement, while their simplicity ensures coherence with the overall material palette. Marble-topped side tables and finely crafted furniture details further enrich the sophistication of the space.

Altunizade’de hayata geçirilen bu 4+1 daire, modern çizgiler ile sıcak dokuları bir araya getiren bütüncül bir tasarım anlayışıyla oluşturuldu. Mekânın merkezinde yer alan geniş salon, hem aile yaşamını destekleyecek işlevselliğe hem de davetkâr bir estetiğe sahip olacak şekilde kurgulandı.
Doğal ışığın maksimum düzeyde içeri alınmasını sağlayan geniş pencereler, gün boyu değişen ışık oyunlarıyla mekâna dinamizm katıyor. İç mekânda kullanılan açık renkli zeminler, mekânın ferahlığını artırırken; doğal ahşap yüzeyler sıcak bir denge unsuru olarak öne çıkıyor.
Salonun odak noktası olan yemek alanı, heykelsi formdaki masa ayağı ve yuvarlak hatlara sahip modern sandalyelerle mekâna yumuşak bir karakter kazandırıyor. Bu alanın hemen yanında yer alan özel tasarım oturma grubu, konforlu dokusu ve sade formuyla mekânın bütünlüğünü destekliyor.
Mekânda kullanılan renk paleti, nötr tonlarla turuncunun enerjik dokunuşunu dengeliyor. Özellikle turuncu sütun etrafında tasarlanan dairesel raf sistemi, projeye özgün bir imza niteliğinde.
